Stigma and structural barriers prevent many of us for reaching out to get the help we deserve. Hey! I’m Here. empowers young folks across Ohio to engage in conversations that encourage wellness behaviors, provide resources to one another, build community, and dismantle stigma.
We partnered with social researchers to conduct community-based participatory research (CBPR) with young folks across Ohio. These sessions allowed our team to identify topics of particular importance, assess gaps in current resources, better understand community-wide need, and unpack how to best use digital media to advocate for mental wellness initiatives throughout the diverse social landscape of our state.
We believe that good design can help ease the burden of finding the right support.
The Hey! I’m Here. website allows users to explore wellness related topics, better understand the help seeking process, and access resources across the state of Ohio. Our search tool is simple, intuitive, and approachable. Users have the ability to make localized queries to find the right support available to them in the spaces they call home.
We created a suite of materials to share resources and grow brand awareness across new spaces and conversations.
