Our team led 15 high school students from across the region to create a mixed media, community-inspired, narrative form mural. This youth-driven contemporary art piece directly acknowledges the shared experiences and hopes of the group of inspirational young artists. We utilized non-linear narrative, portraiture, handwork and architectural elements from across the city to speak to notions of home, of equity and of inclusion.
